Gifts for the Body, Mind, and Spirit

No Place Like OM started as a yoga studio with a small retail area, in Danbury over four years ago. Over the past year we have felt the call to grow and change. As often happens, the new space appeared and we trusted that it was right.  We found ourselves at 45 Padanaram Road (Barbarie's Square) painting and transforming the space into a store and studio. We've stocked the store with items from friends and local crafters, as well as things we love and use.

With No Place Like OM we are creating a community to support, educate, and help you mend the tears and bumps that happen to our bodies, our minds, and our spirits as we move through life.  We teach with equanimity and through a connection with Spirit. We are building a community of healers and teachers of different traditions to offer you the place to learn, relax, strengthen, laugh, grow, and in the process, heal.

We invite you to come in and see our store and studio space.  We will be adding new classes and presentations.  Classes in yoga are ongoing or book a Reiki session or Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy session.

Namaste,

Melinda and Marc

"Marc Howard is a consummate Yoga practitioner who has the ability to individualize programs to meet the needs of all of his students.  He projects a sense of unconditional positive regard and acceptance of individual differences, creating a safe and comfortable environment in his sessions.  This has been especially effective in his work with cancer survivors and others with special needs.

Recently I have had several Reiki sessions with Marc and have found him to be sensitive and intuitive in the use of this modality.

In summation, I think Marc is a treasure which I am grateful to have discovered."
