Come by and learn some healing rhythms in a fun

healing drum circle facilitated by Karin Lewis-Cook.

Please bring a drum or percussion instrument if you

have one. Some drums will be available.

No experience necessary.

For all fitness levels

The beginner yoga series is well-suited to
those who want a slower and more detailed
approach to learning yoga postures. This
course includes an introduction to the connection
of breath and movement as well as
proper alignment in all postures and some
yoga philosophy. Practicing Yoga builds
strength and flexibility and is a wonderful
way to de-stress for those students who
have hectic schedules.
Pre-registration is highly recommended and
drop ins are allowed during the session.
Come join this supportive group of new
students and get the attention you need!

each participant receives
